Here’s How We Work
Elizabeth Draper : Has long been behind the scenes taking care of the administrative side of business. Now she is playing a more hands-on role. As well the secretarial duties, she is now doing the drawings from Steve’s designs, that we send to all customers and she will also ensure that each job goes smoothly.
What to expect :
Your first contact will probably be Elizabeth, as she will answer the phone. She will take your details arrange an appointment for Steve to come round to your home.
The Appointment :
The appointment is made at a mutually convenient time and can be daytime, evening or weekend.
Once Steve arrives, he will introduce himself and discussions can begin.
His role at this point is to ascertain what your requirements are… where the furniture is to be located and what they consist of, wardrobes, chests, etc., and the style of door and colour.
He will measure up the room and do a floor plan. The free quotation and drawing will follow soon after.
Going Ahead :
Once you have decided to go ahead with your new bedroom, Steve will come round again, if necessary to finalise the design and colour. A deposit will now be taken of approximately one third of the total value.
How Long :
Once we have the go-ahead the work can be booked in for about 3 or 4 weeks. You will be notified as to how long will be required to fit the bedroom.
Job Done :
On completion, once you are satisfied with the job, (and you will be!). You will be issued with an invoice and final payment will be made.
